Shipping Details & Exceptions:

We offer same-day shipping on our in-stock items using standard UPS service. In-stock orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 p.m. CST will ship out the same day.  Please be sure to review your order prior to submitting. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make ANY changes to the order, including changing items, changing address, or cancelling in whole or in part.

To qualify for free shipping, the total cost of your order before tax and shipping of physical products must meet or exceed a $99 minimum. This excludes any eProducts on your order such as Online Courses, eBooks, eCards and Exam Keys. eProducts (Online/eLearning products, eBooks, eCards, Exam keys), do not incur a shipping or handling charge when purchased alone or in conjunction with other products. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Internationally do not qualify for free shipping.

  • All packages are shipped via UPS from our Wheeling, IL warehouse.
  • UPS delivery is Monday–Friday, excluding some holidays. You may receive delivery on Saturday, but that is at the discretion of UPS at time of delivery.
  • UPS Next Day Air with a Saturday delivery option is available for orders placed through a Customer Solutions representative only. Please call 866-709-0955 to place your order.
    NOTE: Saturday delivery is an extra charge and may not be available for all areas.
  • Any UPS packages that are delayed due to weather do not qualify for a refund of shipping charges
  • UPS services are not available to P.O. boxes and may take approximately 5 days to arrive.

Temporary Shipping Policy:

In compliance with the new UPS shipping service due to COVID-19, we have put a Temporary Shipping Policy in place until further notice. UPS continues to operate as normal but will only attempt one delivery. If the ship-to location is closed or unavailable at the time UPS attempts delivery, the shipment will be immediately returned to WorldPoint. By failing to accept the shipment, the consumer will be subject to any costs incurred, including freight, customs, and a 5% restocking fee. Therefore, by making a purchase you are accepting and acknowledging that the consumer is responsible for accepting the delivery and accepts all fees associated with a return from UPS.

  • Postal mail service is only available for APO/FPO Military addresses.
