Our Return Policy

 

We know sometimes things don't work out, but we're here to help! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the product is defective, or something is missing, we'll make it right. You can return your unused items in salable condition for a refund minus original shipping charges and restocking fees. See our return policy details below!

Policy Points

WorldPoint retains the right to refuse any items sent back to us for any reason and will not be liable for customer refunds.

  • Any missing or damaged products MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
  • All products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of invoice.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of product back to the original form of payment.
  • If you didn’t purchase directly from WorldPoint, please contact your supplier to initiate a return with WorldPoint.
  • Prepaid shipping labels are not applicable for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or International Returns.
